Carolina Meadows Phase VI (December 2004 - Summer 2006) The Carolina Meadows “Fairways” Assisted Living Suites were expanded to include 54,000 square feet of licensed assisted living. This $8.8 million expansion consists of 3 stories over a 7,500 square foot below grade community storage area. The Carolina Meadows Recreation/Club Facility was expanded in Phase IV with a 22,000 square foot, $2.7 million addition. Work included the construction of a fitness center and multiple recreation rooms for various resident activities.
